Hello all,
We hope you are enjoying the new snow as the winter season is really starting to begin! Matt did the first roll of the snow on our nordic ski trail loop yesterday, and it got us even more excited for the season ahead. This week marks the first week of our Winter CSA share! Welcome new members and old :) Our CSA pick up will return to market style on Wednesdays at the Market Stand, with deliveries going out to Spire and Genuine. With this shift in seasons, our market stand will now only be open on Wednesdays from 12-6 pm. We have been busy here at the farm harvesting winter crops in greenhouses, as everything is now officially out of the fields! We have been busy this week doing some final cleanup before winter hits by pulling plastic and pipes from our fields. We have also begun making wreaths, which is really starting to get us all in the holiday spirit :) Wreaths of all colors and styles are now available for pickup at the market stand when you come to grab your CSA. Wreaths are included in the Whole Farm CSA shares, and we will have some for public sale starting the week of Thanksgiving. We also wanted to make a note that we are officially out of cider and are done pressing apples for the season! Thank you all for a wonderful fall festival - it was great to see your faces out on the farm.

Super Simple BBQ Cauliflower Wings!
I wanted to share my dad’s recipe for his famous EASY cauliflower wings since there is cauliflower in your CSA boxes this week!
Flour Mixture:
Flour (gf works great too!)
Salt and Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sauce:
BBQ Sauce
Grated Ginger
Other Ingredients:
Eggs
Cauliflower
Directions:
Cut your cauliflower into florists and coat in egg and then the flour mixture. Choose your own adventure and deep fry, bake in the oven, or air fry the cauliflower. When cauliflower is tender, coat the wings in the ginger BBQ sauce and enjoy!
Take care of yourself and each other this week,
Lucy and Maria
