Farm Education - We are hiring farm camp instructors and one education leader for the 2025 Season!
We are looking for 5 of 6 instructors to help lead students for Farm Camp and Farm School. Applicants should have experience in outdoor education and some experience in farming or gardening. This unique position includes a mix of both farm work and education work. Full time positions only.

2025 Leadership Positions: Housing occasionally possible for the right candidates.
Pack Shed Lead: Pack shed organization and delegation, CSA and restaurant produce washing and packing. Communications with Harvest Lead. Produce delivery. Spring to early November or year round.
Greenhouse Lead: ~10,000 square feet of micro greens, summer hot crop production, spring and fall cool crop production, and winter cold crop production. Year round preferred or Summer (April - November 1) season possible.
Market Stand Manager: Marketing for farm sales, CSA and farm communications, and market stand leadership. Spring - early November or year round.
Summer Vegetable Crew: 2025 positions starting April 15th through early June
Vegetable seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, irrigation, grounds, packing and some delivering.
Full time working Monday to Friday and Thursday-Monday needed, Through the summer, end date early November. 4 day weeks are possible, particularly if weekends are worked. Experience not necessary, and bring a positive attitude and a commitment to working with a diverse community of farmers and to the success of our farm and feeding our community!Part time positions available, mornings, afternoons, etc.
Summer 2025 Cut Flower farmers: May - late October, full to part time, cut flower cultivation, harvest, and design.
Fall Pumpkin Patch, Field Trip, and Cider Mill Crew Starting September 2025: May have some part time weekend work.
Full time or part time including evening cider mill help and weekends. Tractor/hay wagon drivers. Farm education with elementary field trips. Cider mill operations.
* Potential for long term, year round work.
