Hi all,

Winter is quickly approaching, and Thursday of this week will be the last day of Fall Fest on the farm! Thank you to those who came out on Sunday to help with carrot harvest, we greatly appreciate it! We did one last flower harvest this week and are loving making dried bouquets right now (wreaths will be coming soon too)! We are busy right now getting the last of the vegetables and flowers out of the ground - lots of tillage this time of year and turning over greenhouses for the winter season! This also includes digging up dahlia tubers, cleaning and dividing them, and placing them in storage until they’re ready to be planted again next spring! We can’t wait for nordic ski trail season on the farm soon too!!

Quick note: this is the last day of WFCSA “off season” fall boxes. Next week is the start of Winter CSA. Not much will change for you, but you can let us know that you would like to pick up your veggies at Genuine Ice Cream or Spire Climbing Center. Only the veggies can go to drop off locations- Meat and Eggs stay at the farm.

We will have one last small batch of Cider to pickup on Friday if you want to come grab some.
