Summer 2021 CSA - Week 11

Full Share: Cabbage, Red Beets, Green Beans, Patty Pan Squash, Jalapeños, Parsley, Corn, Garlic, Pickling Cucumbers

Half Share: Red Beets, Green Beans, Patty Pan Squash, Jalapeños, Corn, Garlic, Tomatillos

We have an abundance of produce in our fields, farmstand and CSA boxes. I can’t believe what our harvest looks like this year! So amazing. In full share this week, we gave out some pickling cucumbers. I have two recipes for pickles, and depending on your preference, you may enjoy one or the other. Spicy garlic dill or a classic bread and butter.
