Hello and happy new year!

We hope everybody had a nice celebration and stayed warm and safe!

This week we have a smaller variety of vegetables, as our herbs & micros are growing slowly in our greenhouses. If you are still catching up on eating all your produce, I can’t recommend this Garden Keepers Pie enough (https://thefirstmess.com/2014/11/13/vegan-garden-keepers-pie-w-beets-lentils-creamy-celery-root-mash-recipe/). It’s a great way to use up all our root vegetables, and a delicious twist on traditional mashed potatoes made with celery root! The recipe asks for arrowroot powder which I imagine is hard to get in Bozeman but a little cornstarch or flour will work just as well.

Also the sign-up for our Whole Farm CSA starts today! It will start in February and runs for a whole year and includes weekly vegetables, half a pig, a whole lamb, 12 chickens, a summer full of flowers and much more!
