Full share: 3lbs fingerling potatoes, 3lbs carrots , 1lb leeks, 1lb celeriac, spinach, pea shoots, sage

Winter CSA is in full swing! We hope you enjoyed last week’s fresh farm produce and were able to take advantage of the savory herbs, specialty root vegetables and leafy greens. We made a delicious autumn soup with ours! This week you’ll find more of our hearty winter produce along with spinach, pea shoots and sage from our greenhouse. Combine your celeriac, fingerlings and leeks for a warming pot of potato leek soup (and pick up some extra herbs at the market stand to really make it sing!). Or you could opt for an equally warming sage butter and leek pasta, topped with pea shoots - you could even stir in some of your fresh spinach. OR, follow this recipe for a warm celeriac, potato & carrot salad!

If you have any questions regarding pick up, please refer to the instructions in last week’s newsletter. We’ll have the market stand and market stand CSA set up today, and will have leftover boxes in the back cold room for pickup between 8AM and 8PM until next Wednesday.
