It is finally thanksgiving week! We are extremely thankful for all who are involved in our farm community. Thank you for your continued support and being a part of our Farm Family.

As we roll into this time of year we wanted to take some time to reflect on what our individual farmers are grateful for this season. So here it is!

Monica: I am oh so thankful for community, chosen family, Montana snow!

Tom: Desert trips and Sweet Spinach

Alex: Nice long fall and the bountiful Winter Greenhouses

Jacy: That Matt is grooming our ski trails.

John: Change of seasons, ebb and flow of life

Jake: Good Food

Something to look forward to:

It is starting to look like a winter wonderland here on the farm and the nordic ski tracks have been groomed! Matt keeps a grooming report on the website and we have daily and season passes on sale on the website, in the Marketstand, and by Venmo at the trails, the trail passes help us be able to do this grooming and make it open to the public!

All items in this weeks CSA box can be used in your thanksgiving feast! This includes a lovely herb bundle of rosemary, tarragon, thyme, and sage. Recipes for inspiration are as follows.
