On the farm, we have been busy harvesting and planting our winter squash. The rain this week gives us time to finish projects around the farm like oil changes, tomato trellising and cleaning. We have been clearing old conifer trees behind the main barn at RCF in order to start the new animal barn project. Cannot wait for that to happen! In our big greenhouse we have been raising chickens since March!
Two recipes for you this week, sweet and savory rhubarb! Sweet rhubarb is always my go to, along with strawberries, in pies, jams and crips.
