Work/InternshipAn internship is a hands-on learning setting where one is immersed into the world of growing vegetables for our community, learning not only our farming methods, but the reasons behind them. Interns learn greenhouse production, field vegetable and herb production, harvesting, cleaning and packaging, crop rotation, cover cropping, soil fertility and maintenance, field preparation, irrigation, marketing, working with chefs, and machinery work.
Interns bring to our farm a fresh perspective and enthusiasm, financial sustainability in meeting our labor needs, and community. The internship is our way of contributing towards our future sustainable farmers and small farm advocates. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic folks who are seriously considering farming as an inescapable part of their future. We also hire those with previous experience for harvest and assistant farm manager positions. Click below to download our internship description!
