Veggies for Tuesday, December 13

Thanks to Rochelle Nielson and Alayna Foner for last week’s Black Spanish Radish recipes.  They both sound great and innovative for preparing this obscure vegetable.  We packed some extra microgreens for them at the Birch St pick up.  If you’re all still up for it, we’d like to hear about how you have been cooking up those sunchokes!  Thanks for supporting our farm!
